Abstracting the Still Life

2 hours – $65

‘Abstracting the still life’ is an opportunity to learn from three practicing artists. Over the course of 2 hours you will explore colour, form and abstraction, culminating in the creation of your own abstract still life. All materials will be provided for what is sure to be a joyful and enriching experience.

Three artists, Michaela James, Sue Rintoul Lalor and Nuirt Ophir will share part of their process and give you a hands-on experience of their materials, working together to develop your artwork.

NOTE: Unfortunately the artist Nuirt Ophir wont be able to attend this workshop, but Michaela and Sue will still be here.

This is a workshop for all and will be held in our Centered Ceramics studio. At the completion of the two hour event you can take home your abstract still life and no doubt, some wonderful insights. Come along with a friend or make a few while you are here. Let’s connect, learn and make art on a lazy summer afternoon.

FAQ

Cancelations/Refunds – Bookings are final. No refunds or exchanges are given if you choose to cancel your workshop or class within 72 hours of class commencement.

Parking – For the evening classes you are able to park on West St, but during the day West St is only 1 hour parking. Plenty of day parking can be found on streets off West St. There is no parking available the lane way down the side of the shop.

Art Materials – All materials will be supplied.

Registration – Make sure to remember your login and password when you register. All future classes can be booked through that account.
