1 Day Workshop

$140 – Saturdays. Check booking for times.

This 4 hour, one day pottery workshop on the wheel is perfect for beginners or those that need a good refresher. You’ll be learning all the basics of the wheel throwing process.

  • Wedging
  • Centering
  • Forming vessels

Please bring a towel along with you to dry off, as you will get a little wet and muddy.

By the end of this workshop, every student should have a couple of pieces that can be glazed, fired and picked up a few weeks later.

You’ll also be treated to morning tea consisting of a snack and hot drink of your choice.

We are following NSW Gov Covid Safety guidelines. All students will need to be double vaccinated and wearing masks at all workshops for the time being. We will need to check vaccination records on entry to the studio. No refunds will be given to unvaccinated students if a booking was made after these new covid guidelines(although you can cancel 48 hours before the workshop).

FAQ

Cancelations/Refunds – Bookings are final. No refunds or exchanges are given if you choose to cancel your workshop or class within 48 hours of class commencement.

Parking – For the evening classes you are able to park on West St, but during the day West St is only 1 hour parking. Plenty of day parking can be found on streets off West St. There is no parking available the lane way down the side of the shop.

Clay – All the clay is that you’ll need is included

Glazes – We will also be either clear or white glazing each of your pieces.

Firing – Firing of one or two pieces is included with course costs.

Food – Coffee and a light snack is included in the price.

Registration – Make sure to remember your login and password when you register. All future classes can be booked through that account.
